Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of our marketplace app and website ("the service").

Who we are

We run an online marketplace where people buy and sell second-hand audio figures. We are not the seller of items listed by members: each sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and live in the UK to buy or sell.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Selling

• Only list genuine items you own and have the right to sell. See the Prohibited Items policy.
• Describe items honestly, with your own photos, including the base.
• Post sold items within the dispatch window shown in the app, using the label we provide.
• Selling is free. You receive the item price once the buyer confirms delivery or the confirmation window ends.

Buying

• Every purchase includes Buyer Protection for a fee shown at checkout. See the Buyer Protection Policy.
• Payment is held until the order completes. Don't pay sellers outside the app — you lose Buyer Protection.

Fees

Buyer Protection and postage are shown before you pay. We may change fees with notice; changes never affect orders already placed.

Content and conduct

Follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove listings, messages or reviews that break our rules.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We'll ask you to accept updated terms in the app before you can carry on using it.
