Delete your account

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

Can't use the app? Email support@redboxexchange.comfrom the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

What we delete and keep

• Deleted: your listings and photos, addresses, wishlist, collection, favourites, notifications and sign-in details. Your profile name, photo, bio and postcode are removed.
• Kept: completed order and payment records, as the law requires (shown as "Deleted user"), and seller tax details where we must report them to HMRC.
