How to buy a figure

1. Find it. Search by figure or series, or browse what’s new. Add figures to your wishlist to be told when one is listed.
2. Check the listing. Look at every photo, including the base, and read the condition and description. You can message the seller with questions.
3. Buy it. Tap Buy now, choose a delivery address and postage, and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. You’ll see the full total — item, Buyer Protection and postage — before you pay.
4. Track it. The seller has five working days to post. You’ll get updates as it moves.
5. Confirm it arrived. Check it plays and matches the listing, then tap Everything’s fine so the seller gets paid. Something wrong? Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
