Deleting your account

In the app go to Profile → Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. You can’t delete while an order is in progress or earnings are still on their way to you.

We remove your listings, photos, addresses and saved lists, and anonymise your profile. Completed order records are kept for as long as the law requires and show as “Deleted user”. You can sign up again later with the same email as a new account.
